Breakfast buffet: 7:30 to 10:30. Dinner: 18:00 to 20:00, all from the buffet – salad buffet, a simple main course with a vegetarian option and dessert – all freshly cooked! (no vegan dishes and no alternatives for intolerances). Nothing is deducted for services you don't use, such as breakfast or dinner.
Check-IN: Your room is ready from 15:00 – feel free to arrive earlier, drop your things in the changing room, get changed and start enjoying the day. Check-OUT: On your departure day, please settle the bill and vacate your room by 11:00. If you're in a hurry, you can also pay your bill online. Of course you're welcome to leave your things in the changing room again and use our SPA area (saunas from 14:00) for the rest of the day. Please hand in your bathing bag at reception when you leave.

Your well-behaved four-legged friend is very welcome, but is not allowed in the restaurant or in the SPA/pool area. Surcharge per day, food not included.
Use of the SPA & POOL is included free of charge with all hotel bookings! For bookings in the chalets we charge a surcharge! Opening hours: Indoor pool 07:00 – 21:00 / outdoor whirlpool 08:00 – 21:00 / sauna area 14:00 – 20:00. Children only when accompanied by an adult; sauna and quiet areas from age 14.

Even if you're already looking forward to your holiday, unfortunately something unexpected can always come up. The general terms and conditions of the hotel industry apply to cancellations. You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival. From 3 months to 1 month before arrival we charge 40% of the travel price. From 1 month to 1 week before arrival the cancellation fee is 70% of the travel price. If you cancel within the last week before arrival, we will charge you 90% of the travel price, and 100% for early departure.
